Please note that it is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions before placing your order.
1. Designs are the copyright of Make it my Dream and by placing your order and therefore agreeing to our terms and conditions you will be agreeing not to copy or reproduce these designs in any way
2. A minimum of 6 weeks is required to process and produce your order, although we will endeavour to accommodate last minute orders wherever possible.
3. Your order will require a non refundable deposit of 50%
4. It is not necessary for you to order all of your stationery at one time. You may want to order your save the date cards first and spread the cost by ordering the remainder later. It would be helpful if you could advise us of your plans so that we would be able to save a sample to match at a later date.
5. You will be sent a proof for each item ordered . ANY CHANGES TO WORDING, SPELLING OR FONT MUST BE MADE IN WRITING OR EMAIL AT THIS STAGE. TELEPHONE INSTRUCTIONS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. No charge will be made for changes made before start of production.
6. You will be required to sign off and return a copy of the proofs. After this stage any changes WILL be chargeable
7 A sample of each item ordered will then be forwarded to you for your approval.
8. Once approved in writing or email production will commence and an invoice raised for the remaining 50% plus postage which must be paid before your order is dispatched.
9. Your order will be securely packed and dispatched by reputable courier in the most cost effective way possible and it is your responsibility to sign for and check that your goods are in pristine order.You are advised to check while the courier waits and if this is not possible then sign for your goods as unchecked.
10. Any damage must be reported within 48hrs of receipt .
11. Table plans will be shipped seperately due to their size.
12. All orders remain the property of makeitmydream.com until paid for in full.
